FAQs
1. How often should I have my pool serviced?
We recommend weekly service for most residential pools to ensure the water stays clean, balanced, and safe to swim in. Regular maintenance helps prevent algae, equipment malfunctions, and water chemistry issues. Our weekly visits include cleaning, chemical testing and adjustments, equipment inspections, and more—giving you peace of mind and a consistently pristine pool.
2. What’s included in your weekly maintenance service?
Our weekly maintenance package is designed to keep your pool in top condition. Each visit includes brushing walls, skimming debris, vacuuming as needed, checking and balancing water chemistry, inspecting and emptying skimmer and pump baskets, and a basic equipment check. We also notify you of any issues we detect, so they can be addressed before becoming costly problems.
3. Do you service green or cloudy pools?
Yes, we specialize in green-to-clean services. Whether your pool has turned green due to algae, poor filtration, or chemical imbalances, we can help. Our technicians assess the water condition, shock treat the pool, vacuum debris, and rebalance chemicals over several visits if necessary. Within a few days, we can restore your water’s clarity and safety, saving you from having to drain and refill your pool.
4. Do I need to be home for service visits?
No, you don’t need to be home for regular service visits. As long as we have access to your pool area, we’ll complete the work and leave a detailed report of what was done. You’ll always be informed about your pool’s condition and any recommendations we have. For repairs or one-time services, we may coordinate with you directly for access or approvals.
5. Can you help me open or close my pool for the season?
Absolutely. We offer professional pool opening and closing services to ensure your system is properly prepped for the season. For openings, we remove covers, clean and balance the water, and check all equipment. For closings, we winterize the plumbing, lower water levels, add closing chemicals, and securely cover your pool to prevent damage. These services help extend the life of your pool and equipment.
